* If simultaneous interpretation exceeds one hour two interpreters are needed who perform the task in shifts. Client may provide for or order a shift partner from the Agency.
**Each commenced hour counts as a whole.
Surcharges and other expenses
Interpretation fee covers only the work to be done, any extra charges (travel expenses [if the work takes place outside the area of Budapest], expenses of food, accommodations, etc.) must be reimbursed by Client.
Travel expenses
if the interpreter travels himself/herself: 70 HUF/km + interpretation fee
if the Client provides for travel: interpretation fee
Surcharge for rare languages
for French, Italian, Spanish:+10%
for Czech, Slovak, Polish, Serbian, Croatian, Romanian, Russian: +20%
Work on weekend or holiday:+50 %
