Price quotation and placing an order
Client must submit his intention to place an order in writing. Any price quotation (may it be spoken or written) is regarded only as an offer which becomes an order if the Client submits acception thereof in writing. Price quotation for a not urgent translation is valid on the day it is given out. In case of urgent translation quotation is valid for 2 hours from the time it was given out.

Prepayment
In case of orders exceeding HUF 200 000 net, Client must transfer a prepayment to the bank account of the Agency within 2 workdays against the proforma invoice of the Agency. The sum of the prepayment amounts to 20% of the number of characters of source text. In such cases the Agency accepts the order only if Client forwards the transfer order to the Agency by fax.

Cancellation of order
In case of cancellation we invoice the translation fee of already translated text, and 30% of the estimated translation fee of the remaining text to be translated. If Client cancels the order within 24 hours before the beginning of interptretation, we invoice 50% of the fee of the ordered interpretation service. It is basically due to the fact, that the interpreter books his/her time for the requested period, therefore he/she may possibly fail to undertake another work.

Wording and style
Translators/interpreters make a choice of words and style according to his or her own decision unless Client provided individual terminology or style. If there are badly composed or senseless parts in the source material, we do not correct it in the translation, but we inform our Client about such mistakes.

Complaints
Any complaints regarding quality of translation must be enforced within 5 workdays from receipt of translation. Client must name shortcomings or mistakes of translation in detail in writing. Correction (alteration) of style and specific terminology (especially branch related, or used within the company), if it was not communicated by the Client previously, may not be acknowledged as shortcomings of translation.
